Cooking with The Bear and Star Chef’s
August 12 Cooking Class will be barbecuing Local Fish and Shellfish with Chef John Cox.
September 9 Cooking Class will be featuring the barbecue classics, along with Chefs Jeremy Tummel and John Cox perfecting Brisket, Ribs and Smoked Chicken.
October 14 Cooking Class is going to be preservation by Smoking and Fermenting with Chefs Trent Shank and John Cox. Save the Autumn Harvest: Smoke, Pickle, and Ferment Like a Pro.
