The Lark and Captain Fatty’s Brewery are coming together to bring you and your taste buds a special evening of tasty foods and refreshing drinks inspired by local products and the community of Santa Barbara.
In the heart of the Funk Zone, The Lark successfully blends vintage aspects of Santa Barbara with the modernity its guests crave. Its rustic ambience is paired with an innovative menu, always made up of locally sourced and responsibly grown products, that is not likely to disappoint. The Lark has always been a place that brings the community together and celebrates the diversity in Santa Barbara.
Working at a dermatologist office and lab after graduation, Preston Angell, started to explore in-home brewing in his free time. After continuous praise from his family and friends, he was convinced to make a career out of it. He founded Captain Fatty’s Craft Brewery, a place that values not just refreshing beer but also hospitality and the community around it. Guests will be able to meet Angell at the event as he discusses the brewing and flavor pairing process.
