On Wednesday, July 4, The Lark is transforming their parking lot into a community BBQ party. Nicholas Priedite, The Lark’s Head Bartender and barbecue expert, is grilling up his signature BBQ Brisket and Pork Ribs. The other restaurants are contributing sides. Les Marchands brings Grilled Corn, Helena Avenue Bakery provides Pasta Salad and Lucky Penny adds Coleslaw to the meal. A variety of libation options are available with cocktails from The Lark, wines by the glass from Santa Barbara Wine Collective, craft beer from Figueroa Mountain, and Sangria from Loquita. To finish the meal, enjoy Frozen Confections from Lucky Penny while listening to live music, watching a Chef “Sauce-Off” competition among Acme kitchen team, or participating in a game of corn-hole.
The 4th of July celebration begins at 11 a.m. and continues until 3 p.m. Tickets are available for purchase at the front gate entrance to be used for food and beverage booths.
