UCSB Arts & Lectures presents an evening with acclaimed Broadway legend Audra McDonald, performing show tunes, classic film songs and pieces written expressly for her by leading contemporary composers on Tues., May 15, at 7 p.m. at The Granada Theatre

A world-renowned soprano, Broadway legend Audra McDonald is the winner of a record-breaking six Tony Awards, two Grammy Awards and an Emmy Award and has been named one of Time magazine’s 100 most influential people and received a National Medal of Arts

Backed by a superb trio of musicians, she will perform a mix of show tunes, classic songs from movies and pieces written expressly for her by leading contemporary composers
