Rising From the Ashes: A Feast to Benefit the Foodbank

Posted on Mar 8 by SEASONS Magazine

Come to Rancho Santa Barbara March 11 to take part in Rising From the Ashes: A Feast to Benefit the Foodbank.

Chef Katie Teall of The Cookery Catering is partnering with the Santa Barbara County Foodbank to host locals, First Responders, and Foodbank leaders to support hunger relief.  The feast will include a gourmet lunch, open bar and silent auction.

In the weeks and months following the Thomas Fire and Montecito Mudslide, the Foodbank has been at the forefront of disaster relief, distributing healthy foods and fresh, locally sourced produce to those affected by the tragedies.

All proceeds from Rising From the Ashes will support the Foodbank’s Thomas Fire and Flood Hunger Relief Fund. The feast begins at 1 p.m. on March 11 at Rancho Santa Barbara (4001 Hwy. 154.)

To purchase tickets or make a donation, visit the Santa Barbara County Foodbank website.
