Feel free to stare into each other’s eyes as you sip on the mouth-watering craft cocktail of plymouth gin, crème de framboise, lemon juice, rose water, simple syrup, prosecco, and rose petal.
As you revel in the flavor and the scent of rose petal, spice and tart raspberry of the Raspberry Beret, enjoy a taste of France with the Foie Gras Torchon—made with Blood Orange Marmalade, Horseradish Mustard and Charred Sourdough. Then, relish in Chef Weston’s luscious Seared Diver Scallops with Celery Root Croquette, Black Truffle and Butter Braised Cabbage. Finish the evening by delighting yourselves in the grand finale—The Dark Chocolate Mousse, made with Chocolate Streusel, Olive Oil, and Toasted Ancho Chile.
Importing from the most relevant producers in France, Italy, Austria, Germany, and heavily focusing on local Santa Barbara County producers, Les Marchands’ extensive wine program complements a full bar of handcrafted artisan spirits with classic stirred cocktails made in the old-school traditional way. The favorites, such as The Vesper, Hanky Panky or the Bijou, are also available during the Five Days of Valentine’s Day Dining along with the original menu items.
