As the Community Arts Music Association of Santa Barbara, Inc. (CAMA) enters its 97th concert season in 2015-2016, Robert K. Montgomery will take over as President of the Board of Directors.
After spending more than 40 years as a senior partner at business/finance law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Montgomery has recently retired and currently produces and sells wine as the owner of Montgomery Vineyard in Calistoga in Napa County. He also serves on boards of many private and publicly traded companies and is active in many charitable organizations, including the Board of Visitors of Duke University Law School where he served as Chairman for eight years.
CAMA is Santa Barbara’s oldest arts organization, and has spent years bringing the finest classical musicians from around the globe to Santa Barbara’s Granada Theatre and Lobero Theatre. Other officers in CAMA’s 2015-2016 Board of Directors include Deborah Bertling, first vice-president; Craig A. Parton, second vice-president; William Meeker, treasurer; and Joan R.
