This series is a rare opportunity that allows food and wine lovers to dine with culinary experts in the intimate 12,000-bottle Miro Wine Cellar at the Bacara Resort and Spa’s signature restaurant. Different guest Masters will be present on the third Thursday of every month, with a four-course tasting menu by chef Johan Denizot expertly paired with wine or spirit selections by the particular Master of that month.
Next up in the series on February 20 is an evening with Nicolas Krafft, Sabrage & Champagne Master and President & CEO of Christofle. This event will include a sabrage demonstration. Then on March 20, Meet the Masters features Yuji Matsumoto, the United States’ first Master Sake Sommelier & Shochu Specialist.
