Halloween isn’t ever complete without spooky decorations! More than a dozen businesses in the downtown area participated in the annual Halloween Window Display Contest with some creepy and creative displays, judged by members of the Downtown Organization’s Décor Committee.

This year’s Downtown Halloween Safe Trick-or-Treat takes place on October 31 from 3–6 p.m. Costumed children are welcome to great treats, stickers, coupons and other goodies in a fun and safe environment. In order to participate, children must be in costumes and bring their own goodie bags to fill at participating businesses that display a “Trick-or-Treat HERE” sign with orange and black balloons.
