A free day at the museum? Yes please!
Santa Barbara museums and over 1,400 other participants across the nation will offer free admission to visitors on Saturday, September 28 for the ninth annual celebration, Museum Day Live! Hosted by Smithsonian Magazine, this inspiring event will encourage learning and the spread of knowledge throughout the nation with free admission to participating museums in spirit of Smithsonian Institute, which offers free admission to most of its museums and attractions year round. Museums and Cultural Attractions of Santa Barbara has headed the local effort for this wonderful event.
