Alma Del Pueblo Is Full of Life…Flatbread, That Is

For those of us who often find ourselves making the trip up to Los Alamos every time we get a craving for our favorite fresh-out-the-woodfire-oven Full of Life Flatbread, it’s time to start preparing ourselves for later this year. Our favorite northern family of flatbread fiends will be opening a second location right in downtown Santa Barbara, on the ground floor of Alma Del Pueblo‘s mixed-use project on Victoria Street at Chapala.

The locals’ favorite restaurant will offer an expanded menu at their second location, adding to the deliciously fresh salads and delectable flatbreads of their Los Alamos hub. The 3,900 square-foot space hosts lunch and dinner seven days a week, with favorites such as the Market Fresh Green Salad (made with as many farmers’ market ingredients as possible, as are most of their dishes) and the Mushroom and Caramelized Onion Flatbread served whenever your craving hits.
