2017's Annual Santa Barbara Earth Day Festival will take place in Alameda Park on Saturday Aprill 22 and Sunday April 23. The Santa Barbara Car Free Project announced that people arriving without a car to the Santa Barbra Earth Day Festival on April 22 and 23 at Alameda Park can register to win prizes. One
