Thanksgiving Dinner from Brothers Restaurant at Mattei’s Tavern

The owners and chefs of Brothers Restaurant at Mattei’s Tavern will serve their final Thanksgiving feast as chefs at that location on Thursday, November 24. Matt and Jeff Nichols have cooked for over half a million people and have had thousands of comments on their delicious creations. You can make reservations from noon through 6 p.m.

The Menu for the evening is as follows: 

Starter
Choice of:
Mixed Greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette, Stilton Cheese,
Poached Pears and Candied Walnuts
or
Kabocha Squash Soup

Traditional Thanksgiving Buffet
Oven Roasted Turkey
Hand-Carved Slow Roasted Prime Rib
Traditional Herb Stuffing
Italian Sausage Stuffing
Sweet Potato Gratin
Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Gravy
Autumn Vegetables

Dessert
Choice of:
Classic Pumpkin Pie
Ditmar Farms Apple Pie
