Acclaimed Chef Tim Hollingsworth is the next special guest to be featured as part of the Los Olivos’ restaurant The Bear and Star‘s Guest Chef Series. The Bear and Star focuses on serving “refined ranch cuisine” with much of the menu highlighting produce from the Parker Ranch. The Parker Ranch shares its name with the Fess Parker Inn and the Fess Parker family, who own both the inn and The Bear and Star.
Hollingsworth visits the restaurant for this special meal on Tuesday, July 24. He is currently the acclaimed head chef at Otium Restaurant in Los Angeles. For his visit, Hollingsworth will serve a five-course tasting menu featuring products raised on the Parker Ranch with inspiration from Los Angeles.
Some of the dishes featured in the meal are radishes with cured egg yolk to Parker Pasture-raised lamb with tomato, squash, onion & garlic.
