The Santa Barbara Museum of Art is pleased to offer Free Admission through January 28!
Also, on January 28, SBMA is participating in in Museums Free-For-All Day, when dozens of Southern California museums—presenting art, cultural heritage, natural history, and science—will open their doors and invite visitors to attend their museums free of charge.
“This is a tremendously popular annual event, and each year thousands of people turn out from communities across Southern California to explore museums,” says Jennifer Caballero, SoCal Museums President and Marketing Director at the Skirball Cultural Center. “We hope that visitors take advantage of this day by going to a museum they have always wanted to see or by revisiting an old favorite—and we hope they Go Metro and take the train, bus, or bike share there.”
The event also hopes to raise awareness of free visitor days available year-round at museums across Southern California. A calendar of free days can be found at socalmuseums.org/free.
