Calling all foodies and aspiring chefs!
It is time again for a top-notch cooking class at the thriving farm-to-table restaurant, Pico (458 Bell St., Los Alamos). Pico’s Head Chef, Drew Terp, is holding the third cooking class in his series on Saturday, October 28 at the restaurant from 10 a.m. to noon.
This time around students are learning how to make real crowd pleasers: CHEESE! Chef Drew provides hands-on instruction, and participants learn to make mozzarella and ricotta cheeses that are sure to rival any store bought option.
Students get to take the spoils of all their hard work home, fully equipped with the recipes and know-how to create future batches!
Classes are offered once per month on a first come, first serve basis and the cost is $50 per person.
