The festival includes four full days of exquisite wine and culinary offerings. Some of the highlights include the Festival Grand Tasting, the Santa Barbara Wine Seminar and the Big Bottle Bash.

The Festival Grand Tasting takes place on Saturday, April 22 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the River View Park in Buellton. This highly coveted event includes tastings of new release wines, food sampling from more than 20 vendors, live music, wine and culinary demonstrations, local artisans and a silent auction.

The Santa Barbara Wine Seminar takes place on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Santa Ynez Valley Marriott, a beautiful venue only minutes away from the Festival Grand Tasting. The seminar includes an in-depth, hands-on tasting, an optional lunch and a panel with venerated wine writer Elaine Brown.

The Big Bottle Bash takes place on Saturday evening at 7 p.m. at K’Syrah, a new special event venue in downtown Solvang. This tasting dinner features large format wines brought by special guests and winery representatives alongside a delicious family style dinner. Guests are also encouraged to bring their own bottles to share.
