Bacara Chef Pops up for Brunch at SB Wine Collective

The Santa Barbara Wine Collective presents its November Pop-Up Brunch, featuring guest Chef Vincent Lesage of Bacara Resort & Spa. On Sun., Nov. 15,  Chef Vincent Lesage prepares a signature five-course brunch and pairs it with a selection of hand-picked stellar wines from SB Wine Collective members Babcock, Ca’ Del Grevino, Fess Parker, Sandhi and The Paring.

Truffle Brioche, smoked beurre de barrate, preset on the table

Chicken Chorizo Verde, perfect scrambled egg, oaxaca cheese alumette

2013 Babcock Pinot Gris

Local Sea Bass, uni tartar, egg cremeaux, daikon, quinoa cracker, ras el hanout

2013 Ca’ del Grevino Riesling

Fromage de Tête, pickled mushroom, soy caramel glaze

2014 Fess Parker Rose’ of Pinot Noir

Bone Marrow French Toast, kobe beef tataki, cauliflower mustard
