Ever wondered how to make those delicious tamales you find at local events?
Just in time for the holiday season, this one-hour class will include recipes, list of ingredients and equipment options, and tamale reheating and storage guidelines. Lambert is the owner and chef of Santa Barbara Tamales-To-Go. He teaches the techniques he uses to make his company’s award-winning tamales and salsas. Participants will be served variety of tamales.
