Marcia Burtt Studio‘s year-opening exhibition “Paths” coincides perfectly with the start of new journeys in the New Year. Just as most of us pronounce our New Year resolutions in hopes of obtaining new goals, “Paths” is a creative reminder that the destination is not always as meaningful as the journey.

The exhibit, which opens January 11 until February 24, features paintings by Michael Ferguson, Patricia Doyle, Anne Ward, Ann Lofquist, Ian Roberts, Susan Petty, Marilee Krause, Robert Abbott, Marcia Burtt and Jeff Yeomans, who have incorporated various paths in their landscape paintings to symbolize hope for a bright future.

Whether you have proclaimed to start a new journey in this New Year or continue to stroll down a familiar road, you can come to feel inspired and hopeful at the opening of this exhibition. For more information, visit the website here.
